Crepe myrtle blooms all summer in the Arenberg Garden at CID. The garden is next to the main CID school entrance at 825 South Taylor Avenue in St. Louis.
In 2000, after a successful capital campaign, CID moved into a new school facility at 825 S. Taylor Avenue in St. Louis. Our building is adjacent to the 1928 school building at 818 South Euclid. The Washington University Medical Center now owns the old CID school building.
The new school facility was designed by Mackey Mitchell Architects and built by S.M. Wilson. It is an acoustically-friendly environment where our students can learn to listen and talk. We hope you will visit soon.
