Apex Awards for Publication Excellence    CID's 2007 Annual Report to the Community, "Freedom to Speak" is a 2009 APEX Grand Award winner.

Out of 3,785 entries, 100 Grand Awards were presented to honor work in 11 major categories in the 21st Annual Awards for Publication Excellence: A Competition for Communications Professionals.
