CID Educational Tests Designed
for Use with Deaf Children

CID evaluation materials are designed specifically for teachers and clinicians to assess deaf children's development of language, speech production and speech perception. Some of our educational materials are criterion-referenced and are particularly helpful to teachers of the deaf in establishing instructional objectives. Others have been designed for testing in a clinical setting and are norm-referenced so that a child's performance can be compared to that of other children of similar age and hearing loss. Most of these instruments are suitable for all deaf and hearing-impaired children regardless of the educational approach used.
